[VCPD] Resignation - Joe Becker

I've had alot of experiences in this department, some good and some bad. While my job was primarily getting rid of street punks terrorizing the streets of our sunny town, I also enjoyed special operations where we confiscated over 5 million ARD$ worth of illegal contraband from different criminals. Nevertheless, I feel as if the department is going the wrong route about things, taking a politically correct approach is limiting our efficiency on the field. Shooting haitians after blasting gooks in 'Nam wasn't a big difference to me, but you know it's time to go when people forbid you from doing your own job. That being said, countless arrests, raids, executions homicide cases later, it is time to say goodbye. I'd like to thank my operatives Roy, 'Snake', William and officers Ray Corbin & Simon Silford and recent VCPD chief Salvatore Monella for great teamwork in the field that led to a great amount of criminals and freaks being wiped off our city, sometimes in literal meaning when we'd throw suspects out of helicopters & deport them on abandoned islands. I'm getting old now, and it's time for some vacation in that slick mansion I've bought, my job kept me so busy in the past I barely got to visit it.

Unfortunately I was diagnosed with a terminal illness very recently which forces me to retire - at least I can spend my last years in a sunny mood in my Starfish Mansion.

It goes with great sadness to see you go. You've been a great partner, teacher and friend in the VCPD. Never before in the history of the city of Vice been more free of crime than when we roamed the streets together to keep everything in check. I hope to see you step out of retirement one day, as I believe it was not yet your time to go.
