I saw the evidence you posted and the said officer has been warned.
However, a seperate report was completely uneccessary. You have the Command Staff for a reason. As a member of the VCPD, you should always contact them directly for such behavior.
Not to mention that our officers are already being witch-hunted outside VCPD enough as it is. We do not want this behavior to move inside of the department too.

Requesting closure of the report. Already has been dealt with.
