N.O.O.S.E TRU | History

This Department was known as National Office of Security Enforcement integrated part of Tactical Operations throughout the years of 2012 - 2015. This was a department handling Suspects and Situations in serious leading crimes and operations. 

The National Office of Security Enforcement in 2016 which divided into Tactical Response Unit, Crime Investigation Unit and the High Speed Unit. Now the National Office of Security Enforcement is the central Headquarters of all Divisions it owns inside the current Units (CIU and TRU), which centralizes it's main source of operations combined.

The Tactical Response Unit was founded in 2016, under the National Office of Security Enforcement alongside with the Crime Investigation Unit and High Speed Unit. These Units specialised in many different forms of Divisions to handle intelligence operations in the presence.

Tactical Response Unit is a Elite force with a team of highly skilled and trained operatives, and a special division of the National Office of Security Enforcement that utilizes special weaponry in handling with terrorism and hostage situations, robberies, major criminal operations, and in general all high risk operations.

In late October 2016, The High Speed Unit ceased it's Operations base in Bohan to merge with the Tactical Response Unit since Tacitcal Operations were part of TRU, there was a mutual agreement between HSU and TRU to merge into the Tactical Response Unit with all Staff and Vehicles moving under. At this point, a Coquette was decided as the new replacement for 1 Sentinel, and this Department remains in the hands of TRU and which handles all Vehicle Operations in the Precinct the merge was finalised on 16th October, 2016.

As of today, the Tactical Response Unit has upgraded it's High Speed vehicles with new Police Stingers, for it's operations to handle suspects who have higher paced vehicles and will be used upon in the Department. The Tactical Response Unit and NOOSE HQ will have separate buildings on their own.

The High Speed Response Division was a integrated division part of the Liberty City Police Department in it's earlier years of 2012 throughout to 2015, HSRD was stored in the Underground Parking Lot (Across from TRU HQ), then in time the Headquarters was soon established at Bohan with the help of Argonath Government recognition of this work and it then became a leading division tasked to LCPD Special ranked Officers who would use their own personal vehicles to respond to High Speed cars.

Fast Forward in time, The High Speed Response Division was then handling it's operations on the vehicles what suspects are driving the top class vehicles such as Coquette, Turismo, Infernus for as professional Officers to handle these pursuits. It was then recognised as a special task to handle top class vehicles which are difficult for normal units to handle. On January 1, 2016 it was then formed with the National Office of Security Enforcement, as it was then named as the High Speed Unit known as (HSU) with backing from the Argonath Government for the vehicles to be operated for it's special usage (Sentinel).

As of October 1st, 2016. Discussions were emerged and this became official that the High Speed Unit was ceasing it's Independent Operations to merge with the Tactical Response Unit, based on Tactics and Vehicle handling, while all trained Operatives were then given the chance and (HSU). The Bohan HSU Department closed down with all vehicles and it's operations moving to the Tactical Response Unit to be a combined Department.
