Patrol Report
Name: Frank Tenpenny

Today we had quite many situations. I can start from the Grove Street when officer Bas McCane told me and Andrei Vizi to check out the weedfield around Grove Street. After some time searching for it we found it. I was taking also few pictures and i examined citizens who were walking around on the street. Out of nowhere came one Grove Street Family member and freaked out when he saw the police are doing the operation around the weedfield. We knew he is the possible suspect and we started to examine him. He refused to answer our questions and attacked us with his bare hands, after that he jumped in the car and drove away. Later he returned to "protect" his weedfield but at the same time he left we already called for backup. He started shooting on us and we had no other chance to take him down. He escaped with the green Huntley from the Grove Street to the Temple Gas Station. He was hiding inside the shop until we breached in. After the other officers used tazer on him, we tried to cuff him, he resisted but we were stronger. Later, when we transported him to the Police Department his heart stopped beating somehow and he died. Medics suspecting overdose. Probably he injected something while he was hiding in the Gas Station.
After this situation we had all units to Panoptican, San Andreas. There was a burning mutilated corpse, i extinguished the fire and we started investigating the body with Andrei Vizi and David Martinez. His leg was cut of with the chainsaw and probably his body was driven over with road roller. We also picked up few evidences and hand them over to the detectives in charge. EMS transported the body to the morgue.
Later that day we returned to the weedfield on Grove Street (while one Cadet was keeping eye on the field) with Senior Officer Al Svensson. We destroyed the weedfield and cleaned everything up. The suspect is dead and i hope its a lesson for everyone around Grove Street.
