Radio Codes

Code1 - Non emergency response to a situation at traffic speed.
Code 2 - An emergency response to a certain situation, without the use of lights and sirens.
Code 3 - An emergency response to a certain situation, with the use of speed, lights and sirens.
Code 4 - No further assistance is required.

Code 10 - Bomb threat situation.
Code 14 - Resuming regular activity.
Code 30 - Officer in danger, all units must immediately stop what they are doing and respond to the location of the said incident.
Code 33 - Keep radio clear for emergency traffic only.

10-0 - Caution
10-4 - Message received, understood
10-7 - Out of service, and unavailable for emergency calls
10-8 - In service

10-10 - Fight in Progress
10-11 - Traffic Stop
10-13 - Shots Fired
10-15 - Criminal in custody

10-20 - Report your location
10-22 - Disregard last assignment
10-30 - Person is wanted
10-31 - Person is not wanted
10-32 - Backup (e.g. requesting 10-32's at Rockford hills, code 3)
10-33 - Roll Call [STATION]

10-51 - Request Mechanic
10-52 - Request EMS
10-60 - Person Armed
10-66 - Suspicious person

10-70 - Foot pursuit
10-76 - En-route to location (on the way)
10-80 - Vehicle Pursuit
10-97 - Arrived at scene
11-44 - Person deceased

207 - Kidnapping in progress.
