cb, don't let the small things get you down. Everyone makes mistakes and just because you're not perfect doesn't mean there's something wrong with the way you work. Try and have fun on duty as it's your time to relax from everything else that's put on you. Not to sound harsh but you're already AWOL for a more important reason. So have fun when you're on duty and do not worry about these kinds of things. So yes, it's you. You're a great Cheif for what you do and don't let yourself tell you otherwise.

I really don't see how anyone could get too frustrated with you. I mean, you'r great at being Chief Fasi, you are busy working on RS4 amongst RL things such as work, and you are even spammed sometimes upon login just because of all the things you do. I really hope when anyone gets angry at you they consider all the things you have to deal with recenty. We all enjoy having you as a Chief and maybe some people just are having a bad day and when you do something they can disagree with they will, it's not your fault, and I don't think it's theirs. I think its just a bunch of crap to deal with for awhile. I hope you can start to relax more as you probably need the rest, I mean with all of the things, long work hours, RS4, peopel getting angry, or whatever else. Anyway we love the way you do your job and I don't think anyone thinks your unfit for the job.
