Although he is relatively new, he has the potential to become a great Officer! You gotta learn the codes and laws which can of course be printed. Another key thing to do is have lots of patience! I waitied 5 months to be an Officer and it feels good to be on in the end. I don't think that this cop is ready for the job because i've seen him abuse his rights many times , Shooting civilians ...etc

I advise you to read all the rules which are written here in the forums
