Vigilantes [SA:MP]
« on: August 10, 2009, 04:21:12 am »
What would be the ARPD's take on Vigalantes?
Would they take on board the support of Vigilante groups which wish to be seperate from the SAPD?

Would ARPD be accepting of Vigilante groups that would like to  have there own skin, radio and HQ?

I think that Vigilante groups should be encouraged-  Remove freecops If Vigilante groups could show they are capable of managing and following if not the SAPD's police views but their own rules which are still good.

I wanted to make a Vigilante group.
I wanted the rules to be:

Vigilante groups must not take cars from Police Departments which they are not affiliated with  - ofcourse its up to the Sheriffs or ranking officer of the Department to allow Vigilantes to use some resources.
Vigilante members must register with atleast one Police Department / must register with City hall. All vigilantes should have passports atleast.
Vigilantes may choose to find funding for there own cars / weapons or may ask City hall for grants and funding or getting funding from a Police Department - If there was a function were Vigilante groups had there own account , if they were affiliated with  a Police DEpartment they would get $50/$25 dollars per day for the ammount of people who are on duty so, If (i dont think this would happen but just an example) for example there was 4 volunteery officers and 1 senior / cadet they Vigilante group would get on payday $50 +  $100 , $50 from the senior or cadet and x4 $25's from the volunteers -freecops.
If a vigilante takes hold of a prisoner they must take them to a availble police department which would accept there presence and will take the person into custordy. Somehow the Vigilante would be funded or some cash would go to the Fund account.
The Vigiliante must ensure that if they wish to detain a person under any charge they must ensure they have a lawyer and there rights should be read to them . Also if the person does not wish to co-operate and denies all charges then they will be either escorted to a PD further investigation.- This gives the State some authority.
BEfore a vigilante is allowed to carry out there dutys they must register them selves with the a PD , the Group can be registered but will still need members who are registered with the pd - Freecops?

Well thats all im going to say. I will be creating a Vigilante group soon possibly ( I have asked a few people and they said The ARPD doesnt have to be involved). The Vigilante group will focus on better public relations and will work to make Suspects feel as if they're basic human rights are not being taken away from them as we will hold amnestys - the suspect will call a Vigilante and we will ask the SAPD to avoid arrest to that person, we will then have the suspect free'd of all charges if it is not serious and we will ask them to pay back to society in a useful way-  Forced volunteery freecop service  or cash payments to the officer they go to  - must be atelast 1k.

Thankyou for your time and all support will be apreciated, your feedback is needed ;).

Btw i am cop banned and am not looking to rejoin the SAPD any time soon so having a Vigilante service is better for both Vigiliantes the sapd and the suspects and civilians, we will not tollerate foolish freecops and we will VALUE the views of anyone be they FREECOPS or not. I challenged a SACS officer when me and someone was Roleplaying, he found a reason to ticket him - the guy was typing and stopped in the middle of the road, boohoo -,-  its not like as if he was speeding... fgs its a roleplay server ultimatley.

How about NO? You are cop banned for a reason and you think SAPD/ARPD will back you on this and even pay you?  :gandalf: Also you will not take foolishness from freecops?  Being cop banned, you should count yourself a disgrace to the SAPD.

By the looks of things and the route you took, you aren't going to be tolerating yourself anytime soon then.

Nice man. That is true though.

InfernalCurse are you the guy I helped out earlier with the robbery? I recall you saying something about this if it is you.

Seems like you're cop banned and upset about it.

Your disregard for the rules by being the "vigilante and doing our own thing" type shows that the cop ban wasn't misplaced.

Also, you clearly don't know how Argonath works if you're asking for money. Paydays are an admin command, not a re-occuring thing depending on your job.

I have hired civilians to help me patrol and catch criminals before. Including rapists. This is because civilians are desposable and wont tell me off for accepting bribes.

Find me when I'm a cop.

Accepting Bribes? That is corruption as a Cop.

Simple...

Vigilante group = illegal = SAPD will arrest!

And your idea of vigilante cops get pay per day, even COPS dont get that..

this idea is DEAD..
