There is one thing that is kinda wierd to me.

How is he still cadet? GREEEAT RPER and Cop.

You are cadet more then month and you still not officer.
Im cadet for 3days and got lesson1 and 2 yesterday and officer exam yesterday, but i didnt finish it because pancher had to go, so we delayed it for today

Just to note from yesterday when with him during some patrol and a Chase -

Shooting - 8/10
Driving - 9/10

He's definately ready, and is sure to pass without fail!

Speaking for myself...it's hard to find trainers online...and when they are online, they all tell me that they are busy and never respond to my pms in game. I've asked quite a few but they all been busy.
