wont listen...

yes... ehh when i played (this has happend alot of times). some players wont listen to me when they going around with a weapon and i saying to them to drop their weapon. but they wont listen. what should i do. i gave a man a ticket for that but i was not sure if i made the right thing.

And when i stopping players cuz they driving to fast or crashing.
i ALWAYS checks if the car is stolen. if it is stolen do i gonna take them to jail or take the car and give them a ticket.  :help: :help: :help: :weed:

Hey, first off welcome to Argonath :)
Second, take a look at the topics with [SA-MP] at the beginning of their name that are a blueish color, it will help you.

If a player doesn't listen to you after you ask them to drop their weapon you have the right to /suspect them, which makes them a criminal for you to stop. Aim your weapon at them, and fire warning shots, if they shoot you are authorized to shoot back and kill them (as long as they're suspect, /suspect [or /su])
As for the car situation, cars can't really be stolen, if it says "Owner: [someone else]" it doesn't mean it's stolen. People are allowed to drive other's cars and don't need to have a license to drive. If they're speeding you can /su id speeding  and if you pull them over for speeding you can give them a ticket as well, or a warning. Hope that helps. :)
