I can't believe you've decided not to join the ARPD.  I was just about to come write a quick report expressing my opinions about you, and how I found you to be quite a good candidate for the ARPD.  I'd recommend you to please rethink your decision.  We all know that XU has been quite annoying, and I personally don't know what happened between you and XU, however, I see no reason to retract your application for the ARPD.

Whether or not your rethink your decision, I hope you will continue to be active on duty as a free officer at least, and wish you all the best.  Keep wearing your uniform and serving the state of Argonath.
