De-sync possibly?  Not saying it is a valid reason anyways to suspect unless it was a failure to comply with a police ordinance to move out of the street.  However, there have been quite a few times where people ask me why I'm just sitting in the middle of the road taking radar [on their screen] and on mine I'm really next to a building or behind some sort of obstacle.

I was not there, so I may not know all of the facts.  Just figured it may be a possibility.
