Also, it can be hard for some people because some people are not quite the best with computers, or may be quite new to them.  Also, some people don't have English as their native language, thus following a tutorial could be a bit challenging for them.  Other times people are just completely lost as to what to do, and decide not to use common sense.  Sorry for the previous sentence, but I just had to say it.
