Do we have to make more ranks for ARPD?

While i was smoking i got 2 ideas, 1 is here: I tought that ARPD needs more ranks than Cadet and officer and a ranks to people who doing really good officer job and protect and serve area well officer i know there is Captain and Chief too but they already have them so i tought that people like to play as cop more if they can get rank promoted like Sergeant or Lieutenant or something liek that and Ranger fits to DPD a really good If a person is already Officer he gets really boring if he cant get a higher rank or something liek that, it gonna be more fun if there is more ranks 2nd idea is to promote really good officers my main admin, it gonna be look like this if there is PD officers meeting or something and there is a really good officer who have a done a lot of cases and have done a lot of hard work can get a a little money promote my main admin because we have to promote these officers like i said. If i have a lot of money then even i can promote these officers, that i say

Building on your Idea I think that there should be 3 separate ranking systems for each area of San Andreas but 2 separate ranking systems for DPD... For Example...

LVPD - SWAT, FBI, General Police.
LSPD - SWAT, FBI, General Police.
SFPD - SWAT, FBI, General Police.
DPD - FBI & Country Police.

SWAT (for LVPD, LSPD and SFPD only): SWAT Cadets, SWAT Officers, SWAT Senior Officers, SWAT Captain and SWAT Chief.

FBI: (for all departments) FBI Cadets, FBI Officers, FBI Senior Officers, FBI Captain and FBI Chief.

General Police: (for LVPD, LSPD and SFPD only) Cadets, Officers, Senior Officers, Captain and Chief.

Country Police (for DPD only): Cadets, Officers, Senior Officers, Deputy and Sheriff.

I didn't explain this part well...

LVPD - SWAT, FBI, General Police.
LSPD - SWAT, FBI, General Police.
SFPD - SWAT, FBI, General Police.
DPD - FBI & Country Police.

About SWAT: What I meant is that LVPD, LSPD and SFPD need a SWAT team but DPD doesn't need a SWAT team because you don't have SWAT teams in the country.

About FBI: All of the police departments will need the FBI.

About General Police: General police are just exactly the same as the structure we have at the moment in ARPD.

About Country Police: Country police are the same as general police but with the change of chief and captain to sheriff and deputy.

About the whole thing: What I basically meant was that all SWAT, FBI, General Police and Country Police will have their own ranks... I can't explain it all but for example you could be a DPD FBI Captain or an LVPD SWAT Officer or a DPD Sheriff or you could even be an LSPD Officer. I think you get the general idea.

It isnt really important to make these 'official' positions if you pardon the expression.

What will do would be the cheifs of each departments continue to use captain/officer ranks but make a personel list and give people special positions from it.

Example, the 2 members listed below will have forum status as officer, but on personel list it could be:

LSPD Officer PlayerX
LSPD Sargent PlayerX

As long as the cops in that department know who the sarges are from this list, there is no need to make a forum rank for this, as,lets face it, cheif and captain ranks are the only really important ranks other officers of different departments should know

The swat is still "under contruction" but for the LSPD i will suggest a new ranks system:

Senior Officer
