MOVED: Hunter and Hydra regulation

Hydra and Hunter is to be used by pros... I DO NOT like the fact that we give it to people who ask for it. I will not think about a regulation, as it should only be used by those who know how to use it. Mostly this is either a server manager or Dpt and chiefs of police or SWAT command.

To clear up, I do not like the fact they are given out to officers or citizens. Nothing personally, but we cannot assure the community (ingame, RP based) that they have the right knowledge and experience to fly those.

But if others decide they are to be given out to those who ask for it, we might build a regulation. But misusing one of the things will bring heavy consequences, of course.
