I think in different PDs could be arranged secondments to other PDs. two officers by their will would go to secondment to other PDs or that could be decided by their Chiefs.
The period of secondment could also be decided by the officers or PD's Chiefs that they are in.
The thing is that there shouldn't be a secondment only for one person, coz than there were disbalance.
Also in ARPD forum should be the official topic about those secondments that none could abuse it..
I was wondering what do you think about it?
