Wait a minute,You suspect People for Speeding,and You DONT even tell them to pullover! I'll show you how:

/speed [ID] to know his speed (80 at streets,120 Off-roads,Highway unlimited)
If he was speeding, /m1 to tell him to pullover,it will says: X(id) shouts megaphone: This is the LAW....PULLOVER to the side of the ROAD!
Now, he pullovers(if he don't /su him)
Be polite,and RP,like /me knocks the window. Good evening sir...
Ask for License and reg. then /registration [ID]
If he don't have a license,DONT /su him! Show him Where it is a Driving school.
Issue him a 50$ fine(this is what i do).
