Since you have no clue about the people who are running this "organization" i will not make an comment about it.

And the people who have left as you mention is people who are so bored and cannot use there own imagine to help improve something they believe is not working in an good way or are so good at only complaining and not try to see the positive effects or changes that are being done..

Moaning and complaining is an easy way to have as an reason to leave and claim everything is so bad and that others are so lazy or "think they know what is best".. i never said that i know better then someone else. But at least i have something to think with and can change my thoughts and decisions i have to make to continue develop and make things better instead of go to a corner and cry.

I didn't know i had to give you an lollipop to activate and stimulate you so you could enjoy to play with these "kids" as you mentioned..

the worst part is that people says we have so many restrictions for SAPD employees that they cannot do anything they want or that we do not do anything then just sit with our ranks and eat dounts all days long..

Make an proposal to your Dp Captain or Lt and see what they can do for you and your suggestion.. there are so many possibility's to do, things you like to do without the "Über masters" that controls every movement people does..

It's easy to talk negative but it's hard to try to things better.. Your choice was the easy way out of it.
