There is not really anything to update as on my sa:mp, it says ping is 9999, and players is 0/0

My sa:mp found argonath for a while today, but I quit, and could not go on again.
Daily report:
I put on my uniform, and got out my badge and gun. I had been off with the flu for quite a while, but felt well enough to fight crime today. Almost at once there was a code 30 at LSPD(by city hall). I ran over to the scene, where there were 3 suspects, did /m3 to no avail, so opened fire on the suspects. I downed one suspect, but caught fire from another, so had to 'bail out' of the situation. I was healed by a medic, and returned to the scene, by which time the suspects had been apprehended.
About 5 minutes later, suspect [XC]JoeJoe_LV drove past me in a faggio. I chased him on a HPV-1000 and he eventually made a mistake, and fell off the scooter. I called /m3, but he tried to get back on his faggio, so I opened fire, downing the suspect.
I went to the fort Carson shooting range, where cadets were practising their shooting. I prefered not to take down the targets, knowing what it would cost me, so shot each target twice, taking their lives to around 20 health. I left the range, and went back to the LSPD, then started to feel slightly queasy, at which point I knew I had done enough police work for one day. I put my badge and gun in my locker, along with my uniform, and went home.

my bro spoke to gandalf, who has said all opal telecom ISP users are banned due to a hacker.
I'm with talktalk, which may be the same ISP, and still cannot get onto Argonath.
Will update on this topic.
