Yes, you can pre-fill out the application now just do not publish it (post it) as applications are still closed.

The academy will be open Wednesday, April 28th 2010 at 22:00 hours (10pm Pacific)

Chiefs have to make an last re-view of the new Academy system and give an approval before it opens up.

This has been moved to announcements board, and will be updated when the Academy officially opens - which will be in a few days.
