Just apply on the SAPD applications board. When you will be accepted, you will be assigned to class (I assume!).

OK Thank U. 1 more thing. My App is in the board rejected but IG i'm still Cadet?

so can i still apply?

You can reapply but your cadet rank will have to be removed.

Wow it seems a lot of past cadet ranks didn't get removed in the great application denial of -insert year-.

Well Steve_Hamellton was a cadet,and was inactive for lke 1,5 year, he still got cadet rank

I think I've met about 4 people who've not had their cadet ranks taken away.
