Can you please show some compassion and understand that in his culture, English is not a common language and that he has trouble pronouncing it. Judge him for his actions, not his dialect..

todays patrole 3 jailed 1 took down 1 ticket and i got killed 3 times 2 times cop killed me and thirt time i died in car explodin
