You are permanently fired from the San Andreas Police Department for kidnapping a SAPD Captain.

Was he a cop when he kidnapped someone?

I think so. If he was not a cop while kidnapping there is no need to kick him.

I doubt he was in cop skin which would have been even worse, but i believe he was off-duty under his cop alias when he committed the crime which justifies him being fired.

Most likely...

I also resign my application for SAPD Officer, SAPD has gone too far by controlling people's lives out of character.

Isn't commiting such crimes while on duty agaisnt the rules?

Is it that hard to /changename if you want to role play a criminal? If you do keep the same name, you're still police, just off-duty so no, that is in character. Only if you use /changename and act as a different person then it is out of character from your normal alias.

I recently started using /changename to Mark_Chopper. If you google that name, you will find he was a famous australian criminal.

2009 ranks - SAPD Application Manager, DPD Sergeant, DPD Lieutenant, DPD Transfer Request Manager.
2010 ranks - DPD Captain, SWAT Associate.
2011 ranks - LSPD Officer, DPD Officer.
Medals - 4 Meritorious Service Medals, 3 Community Policing Medals, 1 Police Star Medal.

If he was off-duty it would be weird to kick him. And stop the crap with the name, it doesn't play a role.

He was under the name R4ZOR, and the rule is that you cannot be caught doing any crimes while off duty on your police nickname, there is /changename for that.

There are many point of views shed on this topic, and a lot of scrutiny on this.

Well, it's sad more and more SAPD member leaving SAPD. I will stay in SAPD for the rest of my life(Rp life)!
And about that SAPD controling u life, bullshit!!! U choose if u want to work as cop or be a criminal or civilian. Thats u choice what u want to do. In IRL there are rules, a real cop cant do criminals stuff and then go on duty and say, i'm a cop now su u cant jail me for my crime... It's the same in ARPD!!!

razor was not in a cop skin at the time, but when I was taking him back to LSPD, Razor did,
* razor shows ARPD badge

so in my eyes he asked for something to happen.

But any ways this situation has been sorted out and if something like this happens in the future   ( as in someone rping a cop and kidnapping or doing anything bad) it must go to court. This does not include having the same nickname,

i.e Trix can steal a car and be suspected and then Trix can rp Nicholas angel 30mins later without /changename.

Topic Locked.
