The Problem is we are too many but those guys arent disciplined they dont know the RULES they dont know the CODES they dont even know the COMMANDS or how to ARREST    we are like this even at the entrance of our own station

We do get a fair number of 207's, and also a fair number of failed attempts at 207's

Also the thing about kidnapings is that you need two + good RPers that will go along with it and act like they would in real life. Most of the time there has to be a good 5 people to kidnap say, 1-2 important people and cops arnt the richest people either and it usually ends up like this    for the hostage. Either way thats just my opinion.    And yes the kidnapper must have a good bit of experience too  or else its a fail.

On the contrary, we have thousands of recruits in game, free police too - they seem to be all over, which is a shame - I thought the last system of applying to join ensured when you did get in you tryed your damned best, rather then abused.

this gang activity sounds like a big problem, the FBI is trained to assist in code purple situations, and i know that most of us would be glad to respond as backup to one. i am often available through most of the day, just not necisarilly on samp, if anyone requires assistance in a situation like this, and sees no FBI/SWAT/ etc... on, then feel free to message me on MSN and i will come to assist if it is out of hand
