Also guys, in IV:MP there will be both LCPD-SWAT and NOOSE.
Both with different concepts but the same basic mission.

LCPD NOOSE or SWAT skins are bugged.
Just tested in GTA:IV it doesnt walks like a normal person, keeps crouched all times!

SRT(SWAT) skins in GTA IV are always crouched.

That is a good thing, it's not a normal crouch though, more of a tactical cover position.

It might work the same way with GTA San Andreas.
Such as how there are different walking animations for certain pedestrians, gangta walk, granny walk etc.

Purhaps a feature will be included that everyone such as NOOSE will walk/run like Niko.
