Okay, let's see... who here is a non-criminal/cop biased person who is willing to be fair no matter what the circumstance?

From what I'm going to guess, the matter is not being "biased", because as an attorney you are there to represent "the people" (being the police) against whoever is being sued. As well as to prove to the judge that the police are indeed correct on their actions against the defendant?

And the problem all of you are bringing up is that almost all of the judges have roles in law enforcement and you feel that whether or not the 7 attorneys here are good at what they do, the judges will rule that "the people" are correct; this giving the defendant no chance at winning a case whether or not they are right or wrong and are suing/being sued?

As soon as these questions are answered by a variety of people, I can make a nice little list based on those who seem to be motivated to do it.. including other factors such as activity.

FROM THE DESK OF MARIO RINNA (Mario Rinna's away, so I am writing this post)

The current SA Court is definitely an inefficient one. Maybe you should wait until it at least looks adequate and is working properly.

No one is in a rush to defend the criminals. Besides, it is not as if there is an overload of cop vs criminal court cases.

That "reformation" did not contain any important changes.
State attorneys could have been implemented much earlier, but what's the point in bringing them in? Creating another useless rank, just like "official lawyer"? How often are there investigations carried out? How many cops investigate on a daily basis?

Besides, what do you expect to achieve with those attorneys? Increase maximum jail sentence from 3 minutes to 10? :rules:

I have a random six-digit phone number. Don't get confused by that official lawyer list those judges never update. :D

Yeah and, guess what, the state attorneys aren't supposed to be a part of the ARPD.

I can be attorney, judge, and executioner!

Actually, I am only a judge for the civil courts. So as long as the case does not conflict (I would be judge>attorney in civil courts), there should not be a problem with me being an attorney, I will just use my mafia RP guy to do it.

Actually no, If you have a role in the Court, you may not be an attorney / official Lawyer.

I'm a supreme judge, therefor i cannot be an FBI State Attorney, nor i can defend anyone in any case of the Court. (I can't be a legal representator)
