Argonath Civil Court - Parade Request

The owner of the Crime Time Gang has brought up a request in the Argonath Civil Court for a parade permission, with 10 SAPD officers to stand in as security. The hoster of the parade has stated the participating members will not be performing illegal activities during the parade, however carrying empty-loaded guns. I am seeking official statement of the San Andreas Police Department for their view on this request. Thank you in advance.

As long as we make sure their guns are actually empty, I do not see a problem.

They should not have any guns visible. We don't need a bunch of mistake shooting. You can't have a gun in your hand without it having bullets. bullets or no bullets, they should not be visible to public view.

How many paraders are we talking about and what kind of guns will they be lugging around? (Parade SMGs, Rifles, etc. etc.)
