Questions

Nr1: will the ARPD stop playing cop vs. Robbers?
Nr2: will cops start working in a team and stop sleeping when there is a code 30 or a cop who got killed?
Nr3: cops should respect each other not other way arround !?
Nr4: what will be done with cops who don't do there job as they should, I am referring to ranks.
Nr5: will the ARPD stop giving promotions for every little good thing a cop has done?
Nr6: wouldn't it be better if cops get a evaluation each month cause now a lot of good officers aren't getting recognition and don't get a promotion even if they need to get one, due they REALLY desirve it?
Nr7: cops need to stop disrespecting lower ranks and should start helping them els what is the point of promoting somebody if he or she only cares about him or her self?!
Nr8: Why do every SAPD person or most part care about a rank and do not really care about duties as protecting and serving!
Nr9: will the leadi g staff take a but more control over SAPD due every body is a big lost and lives on his if her island?

I cannot attend, that's going to be 10:00am my time, and I'll be in College.

The 1/2 or 3/4 full armor idea was mine, and I'd just like someone to represent me in saying that it'd be a good idea, as it would be realistic to a Patrol Officer wearing a ballistics vest on duty, as all Patrol Officers do, or at least most. If someone could represent me, that would be great!

No other issues from my side, I'd just like to throw that out there since I could not make it to discuss it. Thanks!
