Looking for a nice logo! SATP

hello ARPD members, the SATP is looking for a new logo.

If somebody doesn't bother to make something, feel free to post it

The logo should have the following on it:
SATP, San Andreas Traffic Police

I am willing to pay 5000$ to the one who produces the nicest creation!

Thats not a logo, thats  = putting pictures on a white background..
