Wake has been muted due to the extreme flaming, including that against forum administration, which has been removed. If anyone else attempts to make another flame, you will be muted as well.

No. Don't tell me how to do my job and I won't tell you how to do your's. You weren't actively speaking in this topic earlier when users were flaming each other. You don't see it now because I removed some posts and edited others. If you guys can't stay calm and discuss it like civil people, I will step in and fix it. It's reasons exactly like this that causes so many unneeded arguments here. I'm not going to stand for it. Now let me say it again, get back on topic.

Anyways, we need an official statement whether suspecting for 'ahniralhdnafln' or 'KILL' when getting shot at is allowed or not.
I wouldn't want to suspect people for 'Malicious breaching of the Argonath state laws regarding firearm usage and rules of engagement.' every time someone pulls a combat on me.

Post moderated again due to re-added taunt. Stay on topic. ~SugarD~

Edit: Final warning Kirby. I removed your post without administrating you to answer your question: Yes, and I do. Look what forum we are in. This is not specific to SAPD. Please stay on topic.

I agree. An official statement was made awhile back for SAPD, but they pulled it without telling anyone. This somewhat relates to the old incidents where users used to suspect for police codes rather than crimes, which was disallowed as well.

I've seen Administrators cancelsuspect that.

Use [email protected].
Why should admins be reported if its not even clear whether or not that crime is valid?

Back in MTA:VC, people would get unsuspected for settings crimes such as "murder" or "copkiller" as those are automatically set crimes. Likewise in SA:MP, I can see why admins unsuspect for that, and I do not see how they are breaking any rules - as there is no set rule relating to this. And that is why this thread was created...

Honestly the admins are just doing their job, but yes; everyone involved should be informed exactly why they were unsuspected and at times I've seen 'invalid crime - resuspect for correct crime- and this works to a degree.

I also agree, if being shot at; I will not give the criminal the liberty to gun me down when they had no chance in the first place. I will shoot them first and if I can suspect them without it being detrimental to any other officers lives or mine, I shall and then take them down with the necessary amount of force to subdue them.

Wake's first post is correct, in my opinion.
If someone is /su'ed for a crime which does exist, regardless of whether the person did it, they must /gu and ask for investigation. Murder is a crime, so should be investigated.
If a person is /su'ed for a 'crime' which does not exist, or in other terms, is not a crime, then they should be unsuspected as the crime is invalid.

Murder falls into the first of these two categories, so should therefore be investigated properly.
