Lol, ok I'll explain it. First off I was in a chase, there were multiple cars. When the suspect got out i started shooting at him, but he used esc. so another cop sprayed me and I got sused. Happy ?

I wasn't prank calling. And it wasn't 4 times. The 3 time was correct. Ah sh** I forgot to take pictures. And when I called C3 I first said "Testing everybody"  -> something like that.
