Thats really stupid Rex, and I hope you get fired for that from the FBI and the ARPD altogether.

The whole weedfield thing is stupid. I walk across fields some days, just because I wanna. I don't see some cop running after me going "Trespass!?!" and shooting at me to kill me.

Warn them first, state it is government property and that they must leave, or be put under arrest. If I should be the one to catch anyone suspecting for this without any explanation to the supposed 'trespasser' (country hiker? ), then I will be treating it as abuse.

When you go in the weedfield, it is quite enough to do /growweed and that can be done for a second or so. When you manage to ask him 'Tresspass?!', he would have grew the weed already and go to pick it up ..

 The point is, that if you catch someone inside, you must suspect him, because it is NOT allowed to be there (as the police knows there are weed fields) ... it is not nessacarry to stand there the whole day, but you can suspect on sight, and ASK FOR SURRENDER, one of the main SAPD rules ...

I think he got 2 law sue's cues of bad police work..
He should be fired.
