I'm pretty sure anyone can change their name.. just not the custom title.


Unless of course that was changed too along with all the other unneeded changes. :roll:

I tried this just now and it worked with Citizen rank so I believe you can change your name with Cadet rank.

Seriously, can you just stop with the provoking. I already told you before that GANDALF is working on things, which is why no one has rights. There is no need to keep provoking people.
