Academy Chief Boozman
« on: April 11, 2011, 00:25:55 am »
I've been in the SAPD since August 2009 and served all the way to my current rank of Captain. Though it's not as long as many others here, I still find that I did my job correctly and earned the ranks I achieved. Unfortunately my in-activity has began to takes it's tole upon me. When I accepted the job as Academy Chief I was very VERY active and I was willing to spend my time on the job. However, a few weeks after taking it my activity began to drop slowly and eventually it rapidly decreased next to nothing. Myself and Former Lieutenant Rory spent 3 months preparing this academy for the SAPD, and I will admit that there were a few gray areas that were never fixed. However, I can safely say that the system did work and it went well.

The academy chief's job required a lot of activity, which I no longer posses. So I hereby resign my position as Academy Chief. If it's possible, I would like to accept an Officer's rank in LSPD. I don't believe I'm fully inactive, yet, however once I am I will fully resign. But until then, I'd still like to help the SAPD.

Thanks for reading.
Former Academy Chief Boozmang

:ps: Chief Leroy, I would like to talk to you on MSN some time as I have a suggestion for an Academy Chief replacement. Thanks.

Sad to see you step down Boozman, but as I said before when you stepped down in SAFD, you have my respect for having the courage and strength to overcome losing your rights for the sake of others. I'm very proud of you man, and I'm sure LSPD would be honored to have you be a part of their team again. :cop:

Boozman, I've always had the utmost respect for you. It's always sad to see an experienced and great officer step down from a big role. I've been around with you since the Academy opened and you have put so much hard work into it. You've established a great system to forge the officers of tomorrow, it was an honour serving under you in LSPD prior to your leaving, and it would he my honour to serve with you again.

You're giving someone else a shot at making a difference just as you did, and I wish you the best of luck with the future and what it entails.
