Why do you want to join Vice City Police Department: I have noticed that pretty often VCPD is pretty helpless against the "professional" criminals. Disorganization and chaos can be seen if there is no one leading those officers, who can be called "money-hungry." I'm here to give all my efforts, to improve the law side, and so VCPD is respected and there is no one laughing about it or spitting in it's face.
(Also I was invited to join the upcoming SWAT team.)
