Question about apply's
« on: June 01, 2008, 16:36:57 pm »
Hey,

1) I was just wondering, but I must read somewhere that you can't join the ARPD when you were in a crime family or gang. Is that still counts?
If so, I think we should relook the apply's (and already some cadets/officers)

2) Second question is the folloing: Is it allowed to do criminal things when you were off-duty, but with your ARPD name?
If not: what is the punishment?

For the mafia and cop, I think it is not allowed, and even it is - it is not RolePlay.

About being off-duty and doing crimes - it is allowed. :)

Its allowed, however dont expect to get a high rank.

You are allowed as in time you will have only one name.  As long as you do not use being a cop as an excuse, if you do it will have a DIRECT impact on your ability to be a cop and may even mean dismisal from the force.

Commiting crime while being off duty, other words when you are role playing an off duty cop, you are not allowed to commit any cime. If you do it and being cought, your rights will be removed and you go to the San Andreas State prison (which is not existing) depends on the crime.

Being in SAPD means(from player side), you can role play a policeman/woman, or a criminal but you have to separate them from each other. If your trainer sees you dont know the different between the role-play characters you will be denided, or your training will take even more time. So we doesnt teach only the police laws and rules, we teach also how to role play properly.
