I was chased by that officer, and Max Pain.

1. This officer was carsurfing and shooting my car with mp5
2. After I clearly told that I am waiting admin's answer, he kept abusing - by using his spray gas and nightstick, so my HP went ery low
3. When he understood that I won't move until admin answers, he tried to jack my Jester.

I disagree of that officer in ARPD, until he gets full instructions on police work and procedures.
