Punishment: Permanently Fired from SAPD (if his behaviour is changed, he may re-apply to SAPD)

Punishment has been lifted after discussion with the President and was intended to be replaced with a suspension, however Frank does not wish to return to SAPD.
By Chief decision, he is given a time until 13/08/2011 to decide if he would like to return, after deadline, he would need to regularly return.
If he decides to return to SAPD, he will serve three days suspension time for disrespect.
