Reason: Intensive disruption of LSPD briefing, continued harrasment of participants, ignoring warnings when told to leave multiple times. (Was given a count down to leave, in response he did /think - the animation that folds your arms).

Punishment: In response to such thick headedness, the Officer has been demoted to SAPD Cadet for a minimum of one month (if behaves well), a period of two months if behaviour continues.

Reason: The findings of the investigation into the report of Lieutenant Carson Barnes, have concluded that the Lieutenant is guilty of using excessive force on the detained suspects, breaching SAPD regulation. As well, the Lieutenant is found to have used methods used for questioning and training, that are deemed as inappropriate and unprofessional.

Punishment: Due to the findings of the investigation, Lieutenant Carson Barnes has been forced to resign from his position of Lieutenant, to take up his new position as Sergeant, and is to also take a temporary leave from SAPD duty, for the period of one week, effective immediately.

Reason: As discussed with LSPD command staff we have concluded that Sergeant Salmonella is insuitable for the Sergeant rank due to lack of respect to the command staff and fellow members of the department. The Sergeant was demoted to Senior Officer some time ago but was given another chance, and blew it.

Reason: Second act of sexual misconduct while on duty, failure to reply to court case showing solid evidence of him doing so, assumed bribery of an SAPD applicant. Note, whether it was forced or was not the acts were unacceptable, especially for his rank.

Punishment: One month suspension from SAPD duty. After one month suspension is up individual will return at Officer rank. Return to duty 5/7/2010.
