Senior Officer Shaw Oswald has returned after a prolonged period of inactivity and has seemed to have forgotten the majority of what he was taught during that time. Despite such flaw being pointed out, we've seen no improvement on the field whatsoever. Recklessness, carelessness and complete disregard of pursuit and otherwise protocols has become an everyday sight from this member of the department. Despite having been an example officer in the past, Shaw Oswald no longer satisfies the criteria for Senior Officer, and therefore has been demoted for insufficient performance.
