San Andreas Federal Documentation
State Law Proposal

5A. An suspect is fleeing in a car, the passenger in a squad car may drive-by using uzis, not the driver.

I think the rule about that one is already good, faster cars = Ok to drive-by, just my opinion ^^.
Otherwise, awsome laws, I think this pretty much sum it up how I'd like to have it.

That is an official law, set by Goverment Officials and the Chief of the San Andreas Police Department and is not a recommended law, its official.  :cop:

- The ARPD officers can drive by when:
1.the suspect's vehicle is much faster then the police cars. (against vehicle)

2.the suspect is dangerous to the public with his driving. (against vehicle)
[note: only if the suspect carkilled someone, or blew up other vehicle with ramming or blew up Gas station]

3.the suspect is reached the highest wanted level, attacked officers. (against vehicle)

? ^^
