The fact that the applicant was banned for raging/moaning shows that the officer has a lack of self-control. I'm willing to accept you after you're unbanned if you can behave properly. I say deny this application, then let him come back when he learns to control himself.

the reason why I posted that is because every applicant gets auto-denied after a ban, he can re-apply when he's unbanned.

I don't feel that you are suitable to join the Vice City Police Department right now, and I feel it is best (as the process suggests) to pick things up once you feel you are in a more suitable position to apply.

The recent action against your account, while unfortunate, is disappointing. I had sent you messages to stay in touch and help you out where possible, but I can only reiterate what I had already said there.

Someone else rulebreaking should not be a que for you to retaliate or act in a similar manner.
