Hello James Hunter,

You're reinstatement request is still in process..
As a result, the Chiefs are the ones making the final decision.

We hope you bare with our decision.

Deputy Chief Paul Caltson

Of course, take as long as is needed with deliberation :-) I've kept plenty busy reacquainting myself with old faces and meeting many a-new. Looking forwards to hearing more as and when it's available.

S.A.P.D Short Patrol Report #004
Serve & Protect

Officers: James Hunter / Kellborn / SkyHawk / Jay Adams
Timings: 6pm-9.30pm
Date: 16/01/2012

Account:

Introducing a new player to the server and S.A.P.D, Kellborn was quickly introduced to all mannerisms of protocols and tactics that we employ from regular patrol routes, traffic stops to barricaded suspect situations. He demonstrated grand capability to adapting to his environment and learns fast - along with SkyHawk and Jay Adams we established rolling blockades to prevent speeders the freedom of access they're used to - it proved to be a great success and was a lot of fun for both parties (suspect and police) - and, hint hint, no buffaloes where involved!

S.A.P.D Short Patrol Report #005
Serve & Protect

Officers: James Hunter
Timings: 9.00pm - 10.30pm
Date: 18/01/2012

Account:

A regular patrol route around Los Santos was pursued this evening, with the only major hiccup being an unauthorized protest in Pershing Square, which was cleared through somewhat unceremonial methods by SAPD responders - but the crowd dispersed never the less. Few traffic incident violations where logged, generally a peaceful evening which was used to catch up on sampling donut toppings and paperwork at the office and in the squad car whilst observing civil obedience on the streets.

S.A.P.D Short Patrol Report #006
Serve & Protect

Officers: James Hunter, AirOrel, Roske, Divine, Pedro.Cipone, Jonny O'Sullivan, Oliver Daniels, and more.
Timings: 6.00pm-8.00pm
Date: 19/01/2012

Account:

Forming an organized response in the car park of Los Santos International Airport using teamspeak, I assumed command of seven squad cars or more to control a hostage situation that had developed at Ocean Side Docks. Blockades where erected, traffic flow diverted and communications established - everything went according to plan until one of the kidnappers where "snatched" from his post on my approval by SAPD officers.

The kidnappers where somehow informed by use of a "panic button" which in turn caused them to take off and leave the hostage, Officer Nexxt, in a severe state. Officers then flooded the scene on my go to triage the wounded man and pursue the suspects who where each detained or downed. Regular patrolling was then resumed.

I would recommend reinstating James already to at least Sgt rank immediately - so that SAPD may benefits the most this way.

He is active now and that is all that matters. We all know him, no doubt in his ability. Don't waste his talent.

I hereby recommend ARPD officer James Hunter.
I have seen James more or less on field, and i can declare that he is one of the finest ARPD Officers at the moment due his interest towards cop work, general maturity and huge experience about the work.

Keep it going James.   :cop:

Snr. Officer Shane 'Shejken' Solarin

S.A.P.D Short Patrol Report #007
Serve & Protect

Officers: James Hunter / Renz0. / Jerome
Timings: 5pm-7pm
Date: 22/01/2012

Account:

Upon alerting dispatch to our 10-8 status, and after a consecutive ten minutes of regular patrol work; two black four-by-fours rocked up outside a nearby Ammunation. Maintaining a shadowing distance of roughly one block at all times, we maintained a watch on these vehicles filled with caucasian males. The vehicles met with others and it steadily grew in to a convoy, stopping at regular unusual destinations such as the storm drains where a briefcase was traded hands. The convoy was pursued until it made itself publicly known and other SAPD units intervened, at that point we disengaged following and returned to patrol patterns.

Officers: James Hunter
Timings: 6pm-9pm
Date: 24/01/2012

Account:

Patrol was initiated at 06:15, leading from Ganton in Idlewood to promptly readjusting course towards Market, Los Santos upon recieving a Code 30, shots fired. At 09:11 I spent the time to write up the report to record the monitoring of duty details undertaken. Other than the listed incident the patrol was extremely quiet, despite the relatively large number of people online - nothing out of the ordinary at all.

What are you waiting for..

Pateintce is the one my friend even James Hunter acknowledges that. The upper command are evaluating the James on several things before they can determine what rank is best suited for him. If they did not carefull process the applicant indivdually then everyone would have been reinstated as an officer and you and i both know many would be over qualified for that kind of position.

Might take some more weeks before a deicision is reached and once James is reinstated then you can start your party or whatever Renzo.

ps: Welcome back James
Retired Captain..

A break from routine patrols was provided as our community event organizer, Jcstodds busied himself with another Destruction Derby - allowing me to manage, oversee and evaluate the security operation; consisting of the queuing system, prevention of unauthorized breaches, maintaining civil order, traffic flow and management of security staff. This last four roughly an hour and a half before winding down to routine detailing.

Excellent job managing untrained and confused security staff. Perfect for SAPD   :D

Event would have took a further 20 minutes to organise without James' help. Much appreciated.

S.A.P.D Short Patrol Report #010
Serve & Protect

Officers: James Hunter
Timings: 8pm-11.20pm
Date: 27/01/2012

Account:

This Saturday proved to be mainly uneventful, the only incident en mass response was one of those frequent code 10 reporting's, outside the city hall in Pershing Square. The response was what you'd expect, sloppy with an ill coordinated effort by our own cadets; as only a dark blue name will strike authority among them and by the time one of those showed up it was too late. Inevitably the bomb went off, with many caught in the radius of fragmentation, the medics where left to clean up the pieces whilst the traffic blockades where removed.

S.A.P.D Short Patrol Report #011
Serve & Protect

Officers: James Hunter / Oliver Daniels
Timings: 12pm-4pm
Date: 28/01/2012

Account:

After signing on to patrol the grid of Los Santos for a significant two hour long duration, a 2-0-7 was reported from the San Fierro Easter Basin Airport. Responding to the incident lead to a swift cordoning of the gateway, on scene was also Officer Paul Caltson (Nexxt). A total of three police department squad cars maintained a 'no entry' policy until "SRU/SWAT" had finished up what-ever it was they intended for the situation.
The hostage was reportedly lost in an explosion and the kidnapper was apprehended purely by chance as he made a run towards the police cordon, who was then taken to SFPD for processing and questioning, and is now awaiting a county court trial on bail.
