Gandalf has given all those who resigned today a chance to reconsider. If you are a man and can take a bit of humiliation in order to support SAPD's future and return then now is your chance.

The fact is : Ben got FIRED FROM SAPD for no obvious reason, then I had to ask people to find out I was also fired from SWAT and demoted to Officer without even knowing why. They fired 11 people from SWAT without telling them why. I don't like to be treated like shit, I worked hard for SAPD and they just throw you away like you are nothing for them. No thanks.

Or maybe you could had at least waited to hear the official announcement instead of just quitting. No ARPD Commissioner or President would be dumb enough to make so many demotions and dismissing many SWAT members for no reason.

Jaaskaa did have a very good purpose for what is happening to you all and what is to come. He has a plan and he will put it to the test. None of you should be "OMG I WAS FIREDDD FOR NO REASON!!! DAFUQ IS DIS SH*T??!?". You all knew what was going to happen to you sooner or later. It was just a matter of time. Those that have been demoted/fired, Jaaskaa is just seeing the week and the strong. Those who removed obviously had no good reason to be in SWAT/SAPD. Those who were demoted, he just wanted to weed out the strong and the weak. For those who resigned, you are now the weak. You are not loyal, you do not stand by your fellow teammates. Those who are strong, and who did not resign; I bid you good luck for now and into the future. Jaaskaa has some very nice things to come along. But before it will get pretty, it will get ugly. Very ugly. This was only a scratch on the surface on what he is going to do/will do. I am disappointed in some of you that you resigned. Such a pity. But some of you that did resign, I'm telling truth, I sure am glad you did so. End word; Expect more to come, he didn't do this for nothing, he did this for the better.

As for the changes,
I did at some point disagree with them at first, however - when a clear discussion was made between myself, Pancher, Gandalf and Jaaskaa it turned out to be something positive for the SAPD. I'm currently neutral with the changes.

Those who got demoted - I'm sorry, but at-least stay and find out what in earth is going on before you pull out the easy resignation trigger.
Those who got promoted - Well done, you have been specially assigned to lead a division which is assigned by the Chiefs.

There is a couple of hours remaining for those who resigned to reconsider their actions and think carefully about it.
I understand a leader has been fired, but it doesn't mean you can't succeed in the SAPD.
You just need to work for everything.....

Now, these are not all the changes - that's more of a little quarter. There still changes to transfer to the SAPD.

Although there still a few staff members that do not understand this whole implementations - which they will be instructed.
Some who are resigning are missing out of the excitement made in RS5 to the SAPD, which is a pure shame.

I will not run after officers just to force them to return back to the SAPD - That's completely up to you..

People don't get that we have been demoted/fired without telling us why ? It's like : You are SAPD Chief, you wake up you are fired and no one tell you anything.

If you have been fired for a valid reason, even as a SAPD Chief, then I'm pretty sure you'll know what you did to be removed. If you don't, then be patient and you will find out in due time.

Not even the Command Staff were consulted with the ranks changes and how they will take place. It came to us as a surprise to see the demotion of good officers and promotions of others.

Although i do believe each department command should have been aware and asked on certain changes they were done without us...am i happy with it? certainly not....will i follow orders? at one point we all have to.

All i can say is the resignations of the officers who saw this unjust changes i fully understand, the rest of SAPD members in here who are taunting and provoking them will be dealt with accordingly so do stop okay...

I will be watching how things unfold in the near future as we were promised good changes to come, so i will be speaking to those close friends of mine who resigned to reconsider and come back, sit with me and see how things turn out....
