Report against Night_Fury

Reason for Reporting this player?:
Destroying VCPD Property for no reason, flaming others when negative sides have been stated, Never using /c sur in ANY situation NOR roleplay (he just shoots the player that has a number in /c wanted) - I was asking him a lot of times if he read the VCPD Procedure list, he claimed that he did, so this would be unacceptable behavior from his side, since the VCPD's saying is to "Serve and Protect", but not to "Suspect and Kill".

this is pretty much in Serbian, but Lance told him to drop that attitude, in which he replied "You can suck my dick".



Exhibit B,
him destroying VCPD property, he was also shooting us before for no reason and annoying us, but I do not have a screenshot of it.

Either a warn or a detailed review of his VCPD Procedure knowledge, I am not being critical, so be my guest.

the guy is really desperate, not using any tactics in combat, whining if he dies cause of his own fault, not teamworking, bragging if he kills anyone, constant attempts to car kill opponents, and such

First....Exhibit A and Exhibit B...On server was 4 player...Kessu,Lance_V,Rapture and Me...we joked...and I shoot window a few times and I jumped in HQ...and then I was shoot on the window when Lance_V shoot and kill me...and when I died Kessu warn me...and I wrrite..."Kessu when they shoot at me its ok".....then Lance write "Dont ack like a pussy"...a I was angry cuz Kessu was not fair and i wrrite to Lance_V "Suck My Dick"...

And as for the using  /c sur ...I am  using...but I wint use /c sur when I go on sus 5 times and he killed me each time...He wont surender..he will kill me...And when I kill suspect he get mad and make some scrrenshoots and report me...

Right, we joked. Not. Kessu even kicked you after this, we were role-playing and you kept shooting us, etc. It's certainly not "joking" as you say it.

And for your second thing, No, I only saw you /c sur once, infact.

I am doing this because I'm mad? No. It's because I find that you are not a suitable candidate and example for the VCPD.

All VCPD Applicants, as well as VCPD Staff, are expected to obey and stay within the bounds of the Argonath server rules.

This means anyone having a provocative / undesirable attitude for the purposes of "defending themselves" or "because they are being provoked constantly" is not an excuse. Regardless of how many provocations you receive from rulebreakers, regulars, criminals / suspects, or administration members, you are expected to keep within the bounds permitted by the rules.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!

Any applicant who attempts to excuse his own rulebreaking by using excuses such as "but they started it!" can expect to have their application denied INSTANTLY!

VCPD is a law enforcement agency, meaning it is expected to uphold not only the laws of the United States of Argonath, but also the Argonath Server Rules. No bullshit is going to be tolerated.

Keep this in mind if you want to last inside VCPD.

I will not tolerate this kind of shit inside VCPD, and you are going to fix your attitude if you do not want to be fired. I have already fired one officer for exhibiting such misconduct, and I will not hesitate to fire as much staff as necessary if it means keeping VCPD clean from people who go around calling players "f**ktards" and telling them to suck their dicks in serbian.

Consider this first warning of yours, to be your ONLY warning. I will be keeping a close watch on you as well.
