I'll be floating around, maybe as an ARPD Officer...like everyone else, so it seems! Though, I have noticed that the SAPD Command is still there...if a "reform" is being claimed, then at least make it look like you're reviewing the SAPD Upper Command! The title doesn't make you perfect...the real question is, who is fit for the title?

Its not aimed as an insult to the Command Staff, but in all honesty, how can anyone say that a reform just involves jerking off the officers?

I'd also like to point out that the Sheriffs, who seem to currently produce the best RP, will have been removed as part of this quasi-lockdown. Seeing as they run PD's as Lieutenants do, with even less support than city PD's, I think that might need to be checked too.
^ This point means, if you're gonna scrap PD leaders, then scrap them all (including Captains) and give them the positions back if they are deemed to deserve them in the review.


I've always been known as a guy who gets to the point, so sorry if that post offends anyone...though if it does, get over it, because last time I checked, GTA:SA was a game played on a PC
