Max, everyone got accepted in your wave  Nothing special with being accepted by the Deputy Chief!

I actually got accepted in few minutes after applying, there are some reasons for it im not up to discuss..

Anyways, i have tried to proove my point but people fail to understand it. I do not meant to have it like "OOOH CMD STAFF IS BAD FIRE FIRE!". I mean that if everyone get their rank removed, then everyone or either no-one.. Therefor, i'll try to leave this discussion as it is to avoid further arguments. Adios.

I fail to see how it's only the lower ranks being punished here. Everyone up to Lieutenant has had their rank removed and are under review, and then they plan to review all of Command Staff once we have been reviewed. This is a combined effort to restructure the entire SAPD for the better of all us, we are ONE team, not ONE individual. If you honestly have this big bias towards what the command staff is doing you shouldn't have been accepted in the first place. Accept the changes their making, and realize they're for the better of the majority.

Showing ignorance? I'm actually trying to find a solution to something that is going on. Besides, i have been accepted by the Deputy Chief, i dont think he would make mistakes on that one.

I am trying to proove my point, that if somoene is getting their rank revoked during this locked down, than everyone should have punished equally, not just people with lower ranks, just as Ben and others said.
You shouldn't be so full of ego about who accepted you, doesn't matter even if president did. Instead be proud of your achievements, if you're so proud of the chief accepting you, its time you prove that you were actually worth it.

As for me, I only see it as clean up, as we discussed today IG, a part of a random discussion, along with some fellow SAPD members from different departments, it was came to notice that actually only some 45 members of SAPD (that does include high ranks) were active. However, if you look at the lists now, most are filled, and I wouldn't wonder even if the current member count goes as high as 300. So the tough decision will only remove those inactive ones for the moment.

Secondly, if someone asks me, even I'm afraid of losing my job, no matter how much I delivered on the field, I didn't updated my desk on time, and now I regret that. Many others officers will come out like that. However the thing said by Plam, that each and every member of SAPD will go through tests, gave a relief somehow, its time to prove ourselves once again, and I sure as heck am better than I was when I first became a part of SAPD, If I did it once, I can do it again.

As of now, I'm worried about the academy mainly, as SAPD Academy has currently been completely demolished, and I enjoyed teaching cadets about the procedures and laws, and share my experiences in SAPD with them. I'm worried about making training reports as there is no usable format, I'm worried about the applicants who have applied and might join the organized patrols, but nothing will be posted by the leaders of the patrols or trainings on their application, since we currently have no templates to do so.

Everyone has secrets — the ones we keep...and the ones that are kept from us.
