Lt. Marco Cipone - Abusing /copban command
« on: July 06, 2012, 15:48:02 pm »
Directed to: SAPD authority.
SAPD Officer Policy violators: Marco_Cipone

1. Marco Cipone - He rammed into me and was in the middle of the road, not chasing a suspect or anything.
Then he went on the sidewalk, as did I and I rammed him and drove off to the PnS to respray again.
Over the police radio he orders me to pull over, I pull over at the PnS and I tell him 'f**k off, you rammed me'
Next thing I know I get copbanned for "flamming fellow officers, provoking them".
I get copbanned for saying "f**k off", no warnings, no report to admins for flaming, just a copban.
Then I hear from a friend that was in the same TS channel as Marco Cipone that they were laughing about my copban.

2. Officer's Department - Which department he/she works for (LSPD, SFPD, DPD) Not sure, I think LSPD

Yes, I did ram you around Commerce area at an intersection by mistake. Then, you came in front of our car (after we pulled over) and started provoking and ramming us. Then, we proceeded with code 3 after you and asked you on the police radio to pull over. At this point you provoked us once again over the radio (can't remember exactly what you said). After we arrived at Idlewood pizza stack and warned you to pull over, you flammed us. Few minutes later, you started entering our patrol channel making annoying sounds and I obviously kicked you, however you kept rejoining the channel at least 15 times. A TeamSpeak admin then came, kicked you and then tempbanned you.
My partners were laughing because of the ridiculous situation that happened...we needed to report out of service just to keep you out of the channel and be able to communicate properly on TeamSpeak.

After all this happened, you asked apologise and said you did a mistake, so I reduced your copban to one day. if you admitted your mistake, why reporting me now?

I, Officer Cipone, confirm Marco's story, just to add something, after Marco asked on the Radio to Jack pull over, he reply ''No you''.
In my opinion, that is provoking.

Regards.

Even when you reduced my copban to 1day, I still think it wasn't a genuine reason.
You rammed into me, and yes I reacted outrageous, I admitted to that and I apologized for it.
But to copban me for that little flaming and provoking, without warning?
I heard that you were laughing right after copbanning me.
To me that doesn't seem correct and that's why I reported you.

From what i understood was that there was a lack of communication between two parties of full detail during the scenario. It is quite also understandable to see that you reacted in a highly angered manner, Jack. If you apologize for that sort of act made, i can revoke the copban instantly.

Kind Regards,
SAPD Chief

Is there anything else you wish to address before the report is closed?

I heard that you were laughing right after copbanning me.

Please show some evidence. The one who said I was laughing, please do post here.

You admitted everything, you are a regular here, therefore the copban.

Just that there should be warnings isseud before issuing a copban.
Thank you,

And you're a regular as well and you should know you have to warn before copbanning.
You are a regular, but still fail to drive properly, ok that's odd.

Anyways, I'd like to leave it at this.
