Summary: In current situation ARPD Officer Nexxt has no fault over situation that occured, neither he had any direct involvment in the situation. If you wish to report someone it would be to report the bodyguards for DM and possible report Community Leader Gimli for the unsuspection performed on them, after they actually shot a person.
