OFFICIAL STATEMENT IN CLOSURE OF THE REPORT

On October the 25th, 2012, 17:42:16 pm - a report was submitted by Jason Bridges as a Lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
During this period of time, investigations have been counselled in partnership with the SAPD Commanding Staff.

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been instituted and will be established to the public.

-- During this situation, it is inveterate that the suspect who was using /exit and /enter in fact was abusing server commands which should of been dealt by the administration active during that time.
MadBoi has spoken in private that he gave the suspect chances to comply and to avoid resisting his escape, however it showed absolute no interest for the suspect to comply which led MadBoi to shoot down the suspect on sight.
At the time, there were only 2-3 Administrators online with over tremendous amount of players online, MadBoi refused to report the situation towards the administrators due to the fact he thought they were already busy.

- MadBoi has been warned to confront Administrators' in future for future suspect offences committed as it's purely script abuse and to be handled appropriately by the administrators.
Also in future reference, as we understand the frustration from the /exit and /enter commands initiated by the suspect, it made MadBoi more furious on the situation.
But by all means, he is highly advised to use correct weaponry in future.
